
During A Visit To Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle Award Gallery, The PM’s Envoy, HRM AGBOR AMBANG, Said: “We Are Here To Encourage Sir Dr NICO HALLE, But Above That To Call On Other Cameroonians To Emulate This Exemplary Contribution By A Patriotic Citizen”. NICO HALLE, Reiterated To PM’s Envoy: “While I Am Not Against Politicians, I Am NOT A Politician”.

The Prime Minister and Head of Government, Chief Dr Joseph Dion Ngute, could not have been indifferent to the outstanding contribution to nation building being made by the international Crusader for Peace and Justice, Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle, who is also fully engaged in the Fight Against Corruption (including embezzlement) and Hate Speech, as reflected in the record number of over 200 national and international awards and distinctions in his award gallery.
The above declaration was made to the media by HRM Agbor Ambang A. A of the Prime Minister Office in Yaounde, who travelled to Douala on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 on the instruction of the Prime Minister and Head of Government, Chief Dr Joseph Dion Ngute, to visit Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle Award Gallery. Chief Agbor Ambang was accompanied on that special visit by Foryang Godfred, also of the Prime Minister’s Office.
Other Cameroonians Should Emulate Halle’s Exemplary Contributions
The Prime Minister’s representative, on the visit to the Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle Award Gallery, aptly termed the award gallery that he saw, as “a great fit”, and congratulated Sir Dr Barrister Halle for the record number of over 200 national and international distinctions and awards he has received. The Prime Minister’s envoy told the press at the end of the visit, that their visit to the award gallery was not only to deliver the Prime Minister’s words of encourage to Sir Dr Barrister Nico Halle, but above that to use the occasion to also deliver the Prime Minister’s call on other Cameroonians to strive to emulate this exemplary contribution to nation building by the patriotic citizen, as reflected in the record number of over 200 national and international awards and distinctions in his award gallery.
Worthy of note that the total record number of 210 national and international awards and distinctions in the award gallery, are recognitions and encouragements that Nico Halle has received from across the world for his relentless efforts, and the huge personal sacrifices, that he has been making over the years as an International Crusader for Pace and Justice, and his Fight against Corruption including Embezzlement, as well as the Fight Hate Speech.

A Multi-faceted Personality / The Nation Builder
Meanwhile, the representative of the Prime Minister, HRM Agbor Ambang, pointed out that Sir Dr Barrister Nico Halle, who is a prominent personality of the civil society, is a multi –faceted personality in Cameroon. “But we are here in the context of Sir Dr Nico Halle as a nation builder. Nico Halle as a nation builder is a vocal personality we all know. We find him on many platforms. But he remains a nation builder and a patriot”, the Prime Minister’s envoy remarked.
Chief Agbor Ambang pointed out that Sir Dr Barrister Nico Halle has distinguished himself as a renowned crusader for peace, that he stands to defend and protect human rights and public liberties, and that he fights against corruption and hate speech. The Prime Minister’s representative noted that these crusades and fights, in which Nico Halle has been engaged for over three decades, for the interest of humanity and society or the country, and the world at large, are values that have earned him the over two hundred national and international awards and distinctions. He added that all those values are also republican values.

Nico Halle – The Employer
Worthy of note that the Prime Minister’s envoy, Chief Agbor Ambang, who has a background in Law, together with Foryang Godfred that accompanied him on the trip, also had the opportunity to visit the Nico Halle & Co Law Firm. He was highly impressed with what he saw. He disclosed while talking to the media, that one other important thing they discovered during the visit, and which they were taking to the Prime Minister and Head of Government, was that Sir Dr Barrister Nico Halle is also an employer in Cameroon. He said they have always seen Nico Halle from a distance as a prominent lawyer, who is also engaged in peace crusading, the fight against corruption, and so on. But he said the visit which brought them to see Nico Halle closely, led them to discover that Barrister Halle through his big law firm employs several Cameroonian lawyers, as well as employs several other young Cameroonians as administrative staffs, at the Nico Halle & Co Law Firm.
The representative of the Prime Minister and Head of Government noted that unemployment is a big headache or major concern to the governments of all countries across the world. He said within this backdrop, the Cameroon Government is always grateful to employers like Nico Halle, who offer job opportunities to several young Cameroonians. He wished Nico Halle all the best.

Heartwarming Visit
Meanwhile talking to the press at the end of the visit of the Prime Minister’s representative to the award gallery, the host, Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle, said it was really heartwarming for him to receive the powerful delegation sent by the Prime Minister and Head of Government, HE Chief Dr Joseph Dion Ngute, to visit the award gallery. “I humbly want to thank the Prime Minister in a very special way, for sending this powerful team to visit the award gallery”, he said.
Nico Halle pointed out that as of that blessed day (July 15, 2026), the award gallery had a total record number of 210 awards, medals, distinctions, and trophies from all over the world. He explained that the over 200 national and international awards and distinctions, are recognitions, appreciations, or encouragement, for his relentless Crusades for Peace and Justice, and his Fight against Corruption which include embezzlement of funds, as well as his the Fight against Hate Speech, Tribalism , and other deviant behaviours or vices in the society, for over 30 years today.
The reputed International Peace Crusader, reiterated what he has always said about the ownership of the award gallery, which is that the Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle Award Gallery which contained both national and international awards, or better still, awards from all over the world, does not belong to him, but rather to the people of Cameroon, Africa and the world at large.

“I Am Not A Politician”
The renowned Crusader for Peace and Justice, Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle, who is a prominent member of the civil society, pointed out that he is not a politician, and has never in life been involved in partisan politics, and will never be a politician. “I am not a politician, I have never been a politician, and will never be one. I am not talking politics. The Prime Minister has not sent my brothers here, to come and talk politics with me. He sent them for us to talk nation building. That is what concerns us all”, Halle stated.
Nico Halle however made it clear that he was not against politicians, just as politicians are not supposed to against members of the civil society. He explained that he has over the years chosen the path of civil society, and is committed to staying on as a member of the civil society, and is not involved in party or partisan politics of any form. He said just as he respects the choice of fellow Cameroonians, who choose to do politics or to be politicians, they should also on their part respect his choice and righty to stay out of partisan politics as a member of the civil society.
