In A Communiqué Issued In Doula, Henri Moukoko, Discloses That An Examination That Was Carried Out At Laquintinie Hospital, On The Corpse Of Her Daughter, Soon After She Was Brought To The Hospital From School Already Dead, Found “Fresh Sperms” On Her Body, And Traces Of Forceful Penetration, and Intoxication. Moukoko Says He Informed The Minister Of Secondary Education, Nalova Lyonga, During Her Condolence Visit.
As The Mentor reported earlier, the authorities of the Catholic technical college in Douala known as ‘College de la Salle’, and the parents of the late 12 year old Form 2 student, Ozanne Essoe Moukoko, do hold contrary views , on the cause of the tragic death of the student on Friday, September 18, 2026.
The administration of ‘College de la Salle’ has curiously enough, so far not issued any official communiqué or press release on the death of the Form 2 student, Ozanne Essoe Moukoko. Rather, the school has been communicating or churning out propaganda to the public indirectly, through some Catholic Priests like Father Bakaba Etienne aka “Le Mannequin de Jesus”, who are regular on the social media and have Facebook pages, and are considered as ‘Influencers’. Father Bakaba in fact has a large following on social media.
The school has also been indirectly communicating through some members of the PTA Exco, some teachers, and even some parents of children in the school.
It is not known on what conditions these persons are ‘working’ for the administration of ‘College de la Salle’. They have been propagating allegations that the student (Ozanne Essoe Moukoko)) died from a malaise, they claim, she suffered while in the school toilet on the fateful day (Friday, September 18, 2026).They say the Form 2 student was sick a few days before her death. They allege that she suffered from a malaise when she visited the school toilet, at the end of classes on that fateful day (Friday, September 18, 2026). They claim she fell unconscious due to the malaise, and was rushed to the Laquintinie Hospital, where she died. So according to the school administration, or the ‘spokespersons’, the 12 year old Ozanne died from a natural cause.
But, the family of late 12 year old Ozanne Essoe Moukoko, especially the father, had from day one minced no words, in insisting that Ozanne’s death was not natural, but that she rather died from sexual violence at the school (‘College de la Salle’). The father of late Ozanne, declared to journalists during the condolence visit of the Littoral Governor, Samuel Dieudonne Ivaha Diboua , on Tuesday, September 22, that his daughter left home on Friday, September 18 for school, in perfect health condition. There was also no report that she showed any signs of ill health, through out that day in class.
The Last Time Ozanne Moukoko Was Seen On Her Feet
Meanwhile, the last time that the 12 year old Ozanne Essoe Moukoko was seen on her feet, was at the end of classes, at 4 pm on that fateful day (Friday, September 18). When classes ended at 4 pm, Ozanne left her classroom, and was reportedly seen in the company of two boys, descending the stairs. It not clear, whether the two boys were classmates of Ozanne who was in Form 2, or they were bigger boys in the school. Meanwhile, when Ozanne and the two boys moved down stairs, they reportedly moved towards a long small building behind the classrooms, in which are over a dozen toilets.
Up to that point, both the administration and the parents of late Ozanne Mpoukoko, agree that was what happened, based on information that they separately garnered from students of the school.
But one of points of disagreement between the school administration, and late Ozanne Moukoko’s family, is whether the two boys that were with Ozanne, entered the toilet with her. The school administration insists that the two boys stopped at the entrance of the toilet, and so did not enter the toilet with Ozanne. But late Ozanne’s family disagrees, insisting that t the two boys allegedly went with her into the toilet, and were apparently the persons that allegedly raped her.
The problem here is that though some students saw Ozanne and the two boys move towards the toilet, nobody paid attention on whether the three entered the toilet together. For one thing, classes just ended for the day at ‘College de la Salle’ which is a school, and so the movement of students was mainly towards the opposite direction, precisely to the main gate of the school, to return home.
Why Did The Two Boys Follow Ozanne Towards The Toilet?
Meanwhile, there are questions as to how the two boys could have gone with Ozanne right to the entrance of the toilet building, and not enter, as the school administration claims. Why did they follow her up to the entrance of the toilet building, in the first place? Also, if they did not enter the toilet with Ozanne, what exactly did they do when she entered the toilet? Also, the possibility, that those two male students that were seen with Ozanne, might have just been agents on mission to take her to the toilet, and that an adult male might have slipped into the toilet unnoticed, has not been ruled out.
It should be noted that the school administration says it was a female student that discovered Ozanne unconscious in one of toilets, and alerted a Discipline Master of the institution. The Discipline Master, according to Father Akaba Etienne, who is not a staff of the school, the Discipline Master first carried Ozanne to the school dispensary, but the health workers there said her situation was beyond what they could handle, and proposed that she be rushed to the Laquintinie Hospital. It should be noted that the Catholic Priest, Father Akaba Etienne, who runs a Facebook page, is considered by many as ‘an influencer’.
School Administration Claims Surveillance Camera Was Not Functioning
The thing that could have easily provided a credible response to the question, as to whether or not the two boys that went with Ozanne towards the school toilet, actually entered the building with her, is the surveillance camera. ‘College de la Sale” had installed surveillance cameras. But curiously enough, the school administration says the camera that covers the area between the classroom buildings and building of the toilets, was not functioning. Hum!
Father Of The Late Student, Asked That Autopsy Be Done
The family of late Ozanne Essoe Moukoko in Douala, is anxiously waiting for the result of the judicial investigation into the death of the Form 2 student of ‘College de la Salle’ Douala, which was ordered by the Governor of the Littoral Region, Samuel Dieudonne Ivaha Diboua .
While waiting for the result of the investigation, Henri Moukoko, the father of the deceased student, has disclosed in a communiqué issued In Douala, that, when his daughter passed away, he asked that Laquintinie Hospitall, which is the Littoral Regional Hospital, to carry out an autopsy, so that a number of issues, especially the real cause of her child’s death, could be clarified.
Examination Of Corpse At Laquintinie Hospital – Drugged, Raped, Sodomized
That was when Henri Moukoko, was informed that a team of medical personnel examined the corpse of her late daughter, when it was brought to Laquintinie Hospital by the school, following her abrupt death. He disclosed that when he met the Medical Doctor who was head of the team that examined the corpse of his daughter, he disclosed that ‘fresh sperms’ were found on the corpse of Ozanne Moukoko, and that they also observed traces of forceful penetration at the girl’s private part and anus. It was also revealed that there was strong suspicion from the examination of the corpse of Ozanne, of substances that cause intoxication. That is, drugs.
Meaning that from what the medical team saw, there was strong suspicion that the 12 year old Ozanne Moukoko was drugged, before being raped. This means that the 12 year old Ozanne Moukoko was DRUGGED, RAPED and SODOMIZED. This is what Henri Moukoko, said in French: “Des echanges eus avec le responsible medical ayang examine le corps de mon enfant, ont conduit a la revelation selon laquelle du sperme frais a ete retrouve sur son corps, lequel presentait egalement des traces d’agression vaginale et anale. Bien plus. Il m’a ete revele qjue de forts soupcons psychotropes emergent de l’examen de la depouille”.
Witnesses , Including Security Officers
Henri Moukoko also made it known in his communiqué, that, he was not alone in the room with the medical doctor, when the result of the examination of the corpse of her late daughter, Ozanne, at the hospital, was communicated to him. He said the Medical Doctor who called him, received him, as well as communicated the information to him, in the presence notably of some Police and Gendarmerie officers, as well as a number of medical doctors and nurses, in the room. (“Je tiens a apporter une precision essentielle sur la condition dans lesquelles ces informations m’ont ete communiquéss. Le medicin qui m’a appele, ma recu dans une salle, en presence de plusieurs temoins, natament des agents de police, des gendarmerie, d’autres medicins et des infirmiers”).
Investigation By Judicial Police And Gendarmerie
This probably explains why the Governor of the Littoral Region, Samuel Dieudonne Ivaha Diboua , did not only order an investigation into the death of 12 year old Ozanne Essoe Moukoko, a form 2 student of ‘College de la Salle’ Douala, but ordered that both the judicial police and the gendarmerie be involved in the investigation. This is what was done, despite the claim by the authorities of the school that the student suffered from a malaise, collapsed and passed away soon afterwards.
It is very likely that the Police and Gendarmerie authorities in Douala, briefed the Governor on the report that was presented by the medical doctor at Laquintinie Hospital (Littoral Regional Hospital), on what they observed when they examined the corpse of the 12 year old student, Ozanne Moukoko. It should be noted that the Governor declared last September 22, that the investigation will be done both in the school (‘College de la Salle), and outside the school.
It should be noted as well that Henri Moukoko in his communiqué, also disclosed that he presented to the Minister of Secondary Education, Pauline Nalova Lyonga epse Egbe, all information in the possession of his family, connected to the death of his 12 year old daughter, Ozanne Essoe Moukoko, from sexual violence at ‘College de la Salle”.
Medical Examination On Suspects
Meanwhile, as regard the ongoing judicial investigation into death of his daughter (Ozanne) who was a Form 2 Student at ‘College de la Salle’ Douala, Henri Moukoko disclosed in his communiqué, that the sperms that were cleaned up from the corpse of her daughter at Laquintinie Hospital are being preserved by the hospital. He said from what he has gathered, in the course of the ongoing judicial investigation, medical tests will be conducted on all suspects in the sexual violence, that was carried out on her daughter in the school. He said there will be a medical examination to identify those hoodlums that sexually assaulted his young daughter, or better still, the bad boys whose sperms were found on the corpse of Ozanne.
Henri Moukoko has called on the authorities of ‘College de la Salle’, as well as the PTA Exco, and parents of suspected students in the school, to sincerely collaborate with the team of investigators on the death of his daughter (Ozanne Essoe), who was a Form 2 student of the school, when the time will come to carry out medical examinations on suspects of sexual violence, that was committed on her late daughter.
