National President Of FSNC, ISSA TCHIROMA BAKARY, Denounces Destabilization Plots And Sabotage Against His Party, By Some Members Of CPDM Regime

 Vice President of FSNC, OUSMANOU AMAN SA’ALY, Mayor of Pitoa, resigns after creating new party, All Cameroonian Congress, ACC, which MINAT legalized within a few days.

MP of FSNC, SALAMANA AMADOU ALI, has also reportedly resigned.  TCHIROMA says senior party officials are under political pressure, and pressure to accept financial proposals, to quit the party

FSNC leader says party’s fundraising website was hacked, and access to party’s Facebook page, blocked.

 ISSA TCHIROMA is paying the prize for resigning from Gov’t, ending his party’s alliance with CPDM, and above all for his assertion that President Biya is no longer in control of affairs

The National President of FSNC, Issa Tchiroma Bakary, who on June 24, 2025 resigned from Gov’t, ended the alliance between the ruling CPDM party and FSNC, and above asserted in a declaration that 93 year old Paul Biya is no longer in control as President of the Republic, has denounced what he terms destabilization manoeuvres and sabotage against his party, by some members of the CPDM regime, or what he termed, certain circles of power. The denunciation by the FSNC leader is contained in a communiqué he signed on Wednesday, July 9, 2025.

Worth recalling first of all that  the National President of FSNC, Issa Tchiroma Bakary, who was reappointed for the second time into Government by President Biya in 2009, resigned from Government on June 24, 2025. The next day in his native Garoua, he also announced an end to the alliance between the ruling CPDM and the FSNC, by declaring declaration his candidacy for the 2025 presidential election.

What Angered Some Members Of The Regime The Most

But what certainly sent some members of the CPDM regime furious against Issa Tciroma Bakary, was definitely the message he sent out to fellow Cameroonians in a video, to explain his reason for resignation. He among other things noted stated that 93 years old President Biya, whom it should be noted has naturally become physically affected by age, has for a longtime become unavailable. Tchiroma asserted that Biya is no longer in control of the situation as President of the Republic, and that the country is now been run by procuration.

Since then, the President of FSNC, Issa Tchiroma, has become the target of all sorts of attacks on the social media and even in some traditional media organs, by supporters of the CPDM regime, with some even calling for his arrest in connection to the crash of an aircraft of the then national carrier, Cameroon Airlines, which happened way back in the 90s when he was Minister of Transport.

But on a serious front, some members of the regime have reportedly been using all sorts of means to try to split, destabilize or weaken Tchiroma’s FSNC party, an d even if possible, destroy it. One of the strategies that those members of the CPDM regime are said to have allegedly put into operation in the plot to  destabilize and weaken Tchiroma’s FSNC party, is that they are using  all means possible to get some key members of the party to resign, and thus abandon the party.

Big Resignations From Issa Tchiroma- Led FSNC Party     

It should be noted that Issa Tchiroma’s communiqué followed among other things the sudden resignations of some senior members of the FSNC in the last one week, though the FSNC leader in the communiqué tactically avoided to directly talk about the cases of resignations. There is no doubt that the biggest hit that Issa Tchiroma and the FSNC have suffered as regard resignations, have been the resignation of the Vice President of FSNC, Osmanou Aman Sa’aly alias Yerima Dewah, who is also Mayor of Pitoua, in Benoue Division, North Region. For one thing, Ousmanou Aman Sa’aly, who is said be a rich businessman, was also known to be one of the big financiers of the FSNC party, So his departure is definitely a big blow to the FSNC.

One of the MPs of FSNC, Hon Salamana Amadou Ali II (MP of Diamare Centre or Maroua), who was known to have a very close relationship with Issa Tchiroma, has also reportedly resigned from the FSNC, taking along some militants. It would recalled that Hon Salamana was the only person that the President of FSNC, Issa Tchiroma Bakary, took along to meet the French Ambassador in Yaounde on June 23, 2025, a day before he submitted his resignation letter from Government. The meeting was on the invitation of the French. There is doubt that Cameroonian authorities very much wanted to know what the French Ambassador discussed with the FSNC leader.

FSNC Leader Accuses ‘Certain Circles of Power Of Using Political Pressure And Corruption

Meanwhile, in the July 9 release, the National President of FSNC, fumed that senior officials of his party were being put under political pressure, as well as the pressure to receive money (corruption), and leave the party, as part of the plot by some ‘circles of power’ or some groups in the regime, to destabilize and weaken the party. Tchiroma disclosed that the campaign of sabotage, against FSNC, has gone to the extent where the party’s fund raising website was   hacked, and access to the party’s Facebook page, blocked. He said these are all attempts “to stifle an alternative voice on the Cameroonian scene”.

However despite the attacks against FSNC from multiple fronts, Issa Tchiroma assured that the party remains firmly standing, well- structured and committed to defending its ideals. The FSNC leader disclosed that in the face of the attacks from multiple fronts, the party has put in place some internal measures, to secure its digital channels, launch fund raising through alternative means, and relentlessly pursue its mission of raising awareness and mobilization across the national territory.

How The Vice President Of FSNC Created A Party And Had It Legalized, All Within A few Days

It should be noted that the long serving Vice President of FSNC and Mayor of Pitoa in the North Region, Ousmanou Aman Sa’aly alias Yerima Dewa, resigned from  the party early this week, after the creation and legalization of a new party known as   All Cameroonian Congress, ACC, with headquarters in Ngaoundere, Adamawa Region. Interestingly enough, the official name of the new party is in English. Thus the name, All Cameroonian Congress is not a translation from French.

The Minister of Territorial Administration, Paul Atanga Nji, signed the authorization document of the All Cameroonian Congress on Monday, July 7, 2025. The pioneer executive bureau of the ACC Patty as contained in the authorization document is as follows: President – OUSMANOU AMAN SA’ALY. Vice President – ALI ISSA NASSIB. Secretary General – MOUSTAPHA ISSA. Organizing Secretary – SOUAIBOUHAMANJOULDE. Treasurer – ADAMOU ALI.

It should once more be recalled that “Parti Citoyen’of Hon Cabral Libii Ngue and his group, “Operation 11 Million’, whose dossier was deposited at the Ministry of Territorial Administration commonly known by the French acronym as MINAT, in March  2019, has till date not been legalized or authorized by the  MINAT Boss, Paul Atanga Nji.

But curiously enough, the Vice President of FSNC, Ousmanou Aman Sa’aly, is reported to have created the All Cameroonian Congress party, and have it legalized or authorized by Minister Atanga Nji, all within one week.   It is a clear indication that some members of the regime are behind the ongoing operation to destabilize FSNC, as well as behind the creation of the All Cameroonian Congress.  Worth noting that Ousmanou Aman Sa’aly, after secretly creating the party, seemingly with the collaboration of some members of the regime, silently waited for the authorization of the new party to  be signed on July 7, 2025, before announcing his resignation from FSNC.  This further indicates that there was a deal, and that Ousmanou Aman Sa’aly seemed to have posed as one of the conditions the legalization of the new party, before he resigns from FSNC.
