HALLE Tells People Who Send Tons Of Motions Of Support To President BIYA, That The Best Way To Support The President, For The Interest Of The Country And People, Is To Implement His Vision Of Rigour And Moralization, In The Book, Communal Liberalism. “It’s Hypocrisy, To Send Motions Of Support, To The President, And At The Same Time Embezzle Public Funds, Rig Elections, Etc”.
The renowned International Crusader for Peace and Justice, Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle, who is also fully engaged I the Fight against Corruption and Hate Speech, has recommended a number of books written by some renowned philosophers like Socrates, some States men and world leaders like Nelson Mandela, some opinions’ leaders, some religious leaders, as well as some prominent writers, for people to read, to improve themselves, including their thinking and actions in life.
.The multiple award winner, Sir Dr Barrister Nico Halle, was speaking during a working session that held in the conference room of the Nico Halle & Ci Law Firm in Douala, on the occasion of the visit of the representative of the Prime Minister and Head of Government, to the Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle Award Gallery, on the blessed day of Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Worthy of note that the Prime Minister’s envoy, HRM Agbor Ambang A.A of the Prime Minister’s Office In Yaounde, was accompanied on the mission by Foryang Godfred, also from the Prime Minister’s Office.
Communal Liberalism
Meanwhile, one of the books that Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle presented, as well as recommended to Cameroonians to read, was Communal Liberalism by Paul Biya, President of the Republic of Cameroon. Halle explained that his interest in that book is about the content, which is based on rigour and moralization. “Look at the content of the book, not at the author”, he advised.
Nico Halle insisted that instead of addressing or sending tons of empty motions of support every now and then to President Biya as some Cameroonians do, they should better manifest genuine support to the Head of State by reading his book, Communal Liberalism, and effectively implementing his vision expressed in the book, for the interest of the nation and its people. The International Peace Crusader, argued that if those people sending tons of motions of empty support, could effectively implement the vision that President Biya outlined in the book, Communal Liberalism, it is will be good for the interest of our nation and people.
“If the content of the book, or the visions of the President expressed in the book, were being implement, the country and its people will not be where we are today. Instead of sending motions of support, read the book and implement the vision outlined in the book, Communal Liberalism. That will be giving meaningful support to the President, than empty motions of support. Stop pretending”, Nico Halle cautioned.
Halle said it is sheer hypocrisy when some people send tons of motions of support to the President of the Republic, and at the same are indulged in malpractices or criminal activities like embezzlement of public funds, election rigging, absenteeism from work, laxity at work, among others, which are in sharp contradiction to the President’s vision of rigour and moralization outlined in the book, Communal Liberalism.
The Failure Of The Rule Of Law
Meanwhile, Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle, a legal luminary and international legal consultant, painfully pointed out that from all indications, the Rule of Law has failed all over the world. He noted that in many countries across the world, nobody respects the Constitution as well as the Electoral Law anymore. Many people, including those in authority, violate the Constitution with impunity. Halle pointed out that many ‘big people’ for example, violate the Law with impunity, by flagrantly indulging in corruption, which include embezzlement, and most go scot free. Nico Halle who is also an election expert, said across the world, many people rig elections, and that the election riggers are encouraged in the electoral malpractice, since many commit the malpractice and go free. He also noted that across the world today, many people that are supposed to be elected to office, rig their ways to office, and so rig everything while in office. “I don’t have kind words for people who rig elections in any form”, he stressed.
Nico Halle pointed out as well that the International Law is not respected by several countries or by authorities of several countries, especially those that call themselves big powers. Reasons why there are crises or wars, all over the place.
“Constitutions and all other legal instruments have been dumped, the world over. Nobody respects the Law anymore, the world over. Otherwise, how can we explain what is happening in the Middle East including the Gulf Region and Gaza, how can we explain what is happening in the Northwest and Southwest Regions of Cameroon, how can we explain what Boko Haram is doing in the Far North Region of Cameroon, how can we explain what is happening in Eastern Europe between Russia and Ukraine, among others! There are international structures that have been put in place to address such issues, like the Security Council of the African Union, the Security Council of the European Union, the Security Council of the United Nations, and so on. But what have they been doing? They sit and watch nations being shredded, thousands of lives, God’s children, being savagely taken away. Yet nothing is done”, the international Peace Crusader, Sir Dr Barrister Nico Halle fumed.
Halle called on all good people across the world not to remain as spectators or onlookers, while thousands and thousands of souls are being lost in crises or wars that could have been avoided, if there was Justice, and respect for the Rule of Law. “We should all challenge these international structures like the Security Council of the United Nations, that are inactive, to go to work and bring peace and justice to the world. My heart bleeds when I see Cameroonians, as well as many people across the world, being slaughtered or being killed every day. They don’t deserve to die. Nobody deserves to die”, Halle insisted.
No Genuine Peace, Without Justice
The Crusader for Peace and Justice, Nico Halle, stressed to the envoy of the Prime Minister and Head of Government, the fact that there can be no genuine peace in any society or country, if there is no genuine justice. He explained that genuine peace and genuine justice are interwoven, or better still, they go hand –in- hand. Halle explained that once there is real justice in a society or country, genuine peace naturally comes in. He was thus critical of people who when there is a crisis situation in a society or country, sing only about the need for peace to return, and turn blind eyes to the injustice in the society or country.
That is, there are people who in a crisis situation in a society or country, everyday call for the return of peace, without addressing the issue of injustice in the society, which is the root cause of the crisis, and which is what took away peace from that society. Halle rightly argued as well, that peace which is imposed with the use of force, is not genuine peace, but fake peace, and that such so called peace cannot last for long, because it is not genuine. He also asserted that genuine peace and genuine justice exist in a society, when there is genuine love in that society.
The Absence Of Love
The International Peace Crusader, Sir Dr Barrister Halle, attributed the failure of the Rule of Law the world over, with all its devastating effects or impacts on people and countries, to the absence of Love for one another. “Toda, Love unfortunately has no place in our society and the world at large. We don’t love each other. We do not even love our nations”, he remarked. He asserted that if there is genuine Love in a society or country, there will logically be no corruption, no embezzlement, no tribalism, no hate speech, no back stabbing, no jealousy, no cheating or fraud, no nepotism, no xenophobia, and so on. He argued for example that if Cameroonians, as well as the people of other African countries, love themselves and their nations, a few will people will not be embezzling public funds or looting State resources, that belongs to all citizens of the nations.
Halle cried out that that while Africa is blessed with abundant natural resources, the masses are wallowing in abject poverty and misery, because a few people are negatively exploiting their positions or connections, and selfishly and viciously grabbing everything for themselves, leaving the masses with nothing, whereas the financial and natural resources of each country, belongs to all the citizens. It is common wealth.
The Rule Of Love
Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle, argued that in the face of the failure of the Rule of Law the world over, with all the negatives consequences, or impacts, the only way out for the interest of humanity, societies, countries, and the world at large, is for people to embrace the concept which he has come up with, known as the Rule of Love, and which he has been propagating in last couple of months. He asserted that if people embrace Love in the society, which also means loving your neighbor like yourselves as the Bible recommends, equity, honesty, accountability, dignity, transparency, integrity , patriotism, honour, and above all the fear of the Lord, will follow. He noted that Love is the foundation of all core moral values.
Halle further asserted that if love is taken away from a society or country, nothing good can happen there. He said in the absence of love, all we have are vices that destroy the very fabric of the society or nation – Vices like corruption including embezzlement, hate speech, tribalism, killings, blackmail, lies telling, unpatriotic acts, rape, fraud, and so on. He prayed that Cameroonians, and the people of the world at large, should strive to embrace Love, or better still the Rule of Love, for the interest of humanity, their societies, their nations, and the world at large.
