Minister ‘s Representative  Asserts That Creation Of SIR DR NTUMFOR BARRISTER NICO HALLE AWARD GALLERY,  Is  Important For The Promotion Of  Values Necessary For Cameroon’s Development  Like Peace,  National Integration, Love,  Accountability, Justice,  Patriotism Etc.  NICO HALLE States That There Can Be No Meaningful Growth In A Country Without Peace, Accountability, Justice, Etc

The Minister of Arts And Culture, Pierre Ismael Bidoung Mkpwatt, and the ministry, has sent a message of encouragement to the Douala based International Peace Crusader and multiple award winner, Sir Dr Barrister Nico Halle, for his relentless efforts to promote peace in particular, as well as his fight against social ills holding back the progress of the country like corruption which include embezzlement, and also hate speech and xenophobia.

The message was conveyed to  Nico Halle on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, by the Littoral Regional Delegate of  Arts and Culture, Prof Francois Edimo, whom the Minister of Arts and Culture, delegated to visit the Sir Dr Ntumfor Barrister Nico Halle Award Gallery  at Bonaberi – Douala, on his behalf.  Worth noting that the minister’s representative was accompanies by three collaborators from the Littoral Regional Delegation of Arts and Culture. Worthy of note as well, that the Littoral Regional Delegate of Arts and Culture, Prof Francois Edimo, is also a university lecturer.

Nico Halle Is A Personality Who Represents Great Values

Meanwhile, the minister’s representative told the press as he and his team wrapped up the visit to the Sir Dr Barrister Nico Hale Award Gallery, that besides the message of encouragement to the Peace Crusader, Nico Halle, the visit was also for the Ministry of Arts and Culture to acknowledge the existence of the award gallery, which is an important place where Cameroonians should come to learn about some important values that the country needs for its development or prosperity. He noted that these values include Peace, National Integration. , Love, Accountability, Tolerance, Transparency, Patriotism, among others.  He explained that the appeal is that Cameroonians of goodwill should strive to emulate what Nico Halle has been doing ,by promoting  Peace and Justice , as well as by fighting against Corruption, Embezzlement,  Tribalism, Hate Speech,  and  Xenophobia.  He asserted that ills like corruption, tribalism, hate speech, injustice among others, impede the development of a country.

“The Minister instructed us to represent him in the visit to the award gallery that Barrister Nico Halle has set up here. It is an honour for us, and we also greatly appreciate what we have seen and heard about this award gallery.  Mr Halle was initially known as a celebrated international lawyer, and with the opening of this gallery, we also see in it, the several important values that he represents.  In fact he is a personality that represents great values as seen in this award gallery and its objective. This award gallery that Barrister Nico Halle has opened has the objective to promote certain values that are necessary for the development or growth of our country like Peace, Love, Accountability, Transparency, National Integration,  Honesty, Patriotism, among others”.  Prof Edimo said. He assured that as a faithful envoy, he was going to present in his report to the Minister of Arts and Culture that sent him, exactly what they saw and heard about the award gallery.

 “Love Is Culture, Peace Is Culture, Harmony Is Culture”

Meanwhile, talking to the Representative of the Minister of Arts and Culture, Sir Dr Barrister Nico Halle expressed deep appreciation for the visit, especially for the message of encouragement. “I am humbled. This visit is a mark of encouragement.  Convey my warm greetings to the Minister of Arts and Culture, HE Bidoung Mkpwatt”, he told the minister’s representative.

Nico Halle in responding to questions from the media pointed out the importance of the Ministry of Arts and Culture. “Love is culture, Peace is culture. Harmony is culture, Dignity is culture. Transparency is culture. Truth is culture, Accountability is culture”. Crusading for these values, is, the platform I have been trading for some 35 years today.  Many people have   appreciated, admired and encouraged the platform.  My platform is a trajectory to ensure that peace reigns, but that justice comes before peace,  as there  can be no genuine peace without justice”, Sir Dr Barrister Nico Halle explained.

The multiple award winner,  Nico Halle, stated that there can be no meaningful development or growth in a society or country without love, from which emanates justice, peace, equity, transparency, accountability, patriotism, among important values. He said these are values that the Ministry of Arts and Culture has the challenge to promote, or better still, has the challenge to continue to promote.

A People Cannot Develop Without This Platform

The reputed international Peace Crusader, Sir Dr Barrister Nico Halle, reiterated that: “A people cannot develop without the platform of Justice, Peace, Integrity, Transparency, Love, Accountability and Patriotism, and above all, the fear of the Lord.  That is, Moral and Spiritual values”. Halle pointed out that Cameroon like many other African countries, have been blessed by God with huge natural resources to enable the people live a confortable live. But he regretted that like in many other African countries blessed with huge natural resources,  corruption which includes embezzlement, is robbing the society or country, and thus the people,  of huge financial resources, leaving the masses in abject poverty,

Some 50 % Of The Awards Are On Peace Crusading

It should be noted that during the visit of the representative of the Minister of Arts and Culture and his team to the Sir Dr Ntumfor Barrister Nico Halle Award Gallery,   the International Peace Crusader, Nico Halle, pointed out that the over 200 awards in the gallery, come from the different crusades he has engaged in for many years, which include Crusade for Peace and Justice, and the Fight Against Corruption (which include embezzlement), as well the Fight against Hate Speech and Xenophobia.

Nico Halle also pointed out that some 50 % of the recognitions and awards he has received is for Peace Crusading, which is like his trademark.  He also pointed out that the  awards are both national and international, with one of the international awards being  the Global Peace Award,  But he once  more stressed the fact that while “peace is a precious  culture, it cannot come without  justice and love”. He   said that is why his crusade combines peace and justice – Crusade for Peace and Justice.
