In a meditation over a year ago, the then Presbytery Secretary of East Mungo South (Presbytery) of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon (PCC), Rev Pastor Jones Ayuk Ebot, who then was also the Parish Pastor of PC Bonamoussadi- Douala, asserted that: “It is difficult to categorize Ntumfor Nico Halle. He is so many things”. Rev Ayuk Ebot pointed out for example that Ntumfor Nico Halle is known in some communities as a Statesman, some know him as lawyer, or better still, as an international legal consultant,. He went further stated that in some communities, Ntumfor Halle is known more as an International Peace Crusader, a Crusader for Love and Justice, as well as somebody engaged in a no –nonsense fight against corruption,, hate speech, embezzlement,, xenophobia, tribalism, nepotism,, banditry, juvenile delinquency, and other societal ills. Rev Ayuk Ebot added that Ntumfor Nico Halle is as well an international election expert and observer, a notable in several villages, a promoter of culture, an agent of local development, and so on. The man – of – God said above all, Nico Halle who is also a philanthropist, is a committed Christian.
The then Presbytery Secretary and Parish Pastor as well observed that Nico Halle is one of the few personalities in Cameroon who is in the spotlight, for positive reasons. But the man- of – God happily observed that despite all these, Nico Halle has remained humble. “Ntumfor Nico Halle has remained unassuming. He knows there is somebody above, and he gives credit and thanks to God for everything”, Rev Ayuk Ebot asserted. He prayed God to continue to guide and lead Nico Halle to remain on the right course.
It should be noted that the meditation by Rev Pastor Jones Ayuk Ebot, came up during a ceremony that was organized in Douala, to handover an award from the Presbyterian Theological Seminary, PTS Kumba, to Ntumfor Nico Halle., on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the institution. The award was a certificate of recognition for Nico Halle’s enormous contributions over the years, to the growth of the institution. Worthy of note that the award from PTS Kumba, was the 170th award to enter the SIR DR NTUMFOR BARRISTER NICO HALLE AWARD GALLERY.

Meanwhile, talking about the award gallery, the dedication of the SIR DR NTUMFOR BARRISTER NICO HALLE AWARD GALLERY, took place in Douala on the blessed day of September 5, 2025. Bishop Dr Pius Inobuh Bah of the Revive Christian Church International, who took the task to profile the Chief Celebrant, Sir Dr Ntumfor Barrister Nico Halle, stated in the opening paragraph that Halle is not a man that one can effectively profile in the 15 minutes, that was allocated to him to do the presentation. Bishop Bah stated that Nico Halle is Walking Library, a Scholar, an epitome of a Historian, a News Maker, A Change Maker, A Living Legend, and so on. A corroboration of what another man – of – God, Rev Pastor Jones Ayuk Ebot of the PCC, said of Sir Dr Ntumfor Barrister Nico Halle in a mediation over a year ago, that it is difficult to categorize him (Halle), because he is so many things.
Worthy of note, that another man – of – God, Mgr Immanuel Banlanjo Bushu, Bishop Emeritus of Buea Diocese of the Roman Catholic Church, said it is a good thing, and thus the right thing, to celebrate Nico Halle for all what he has been doing to humanity and society. Mgr Bushu explained that it is good to celebrate somebody, who deserves to be celebrated, when the person is alive, than to celebrate him when he is lying in a casket, or when he passes away. Bishop Emeritus Bushu was speaking at a ceremony in Douala on December 6, 2023 dubbed Triple Awards Event, to present three more awards to the international and reputed Crusader for Peace and Justice, Sir Dr Ntumfor Barrister Nico Halle, who is also very much engaged in the fight against corruption, hate speech, embezzlement, xenophobia, and moral decadence in all its forms.
.Niches And Values Embedded In A Living Legend
Meanwhile, Bishop Dr Pius Inobuh Bah, in the presentation of what he terms a brief profile of Sir Dr Ntumfor Barrister Nico Halle, says though he (Halle) is so many things, many people unfortunately seem to know him as the famous Ntumfor Nico Halle. He said such people thus do not fully grasp nor understand the niches and values that, “God has embedded in such a moving and living legend embodied in a human form”. He asserted that Justice, Truth and Peace are the hallmarks of Sir Dr Ntumfor Barrister Nico Halle. A man with a record number of awards the world over. Bah notes that the total number of national and international awards received by Nico Halle, is today as high as 202. Even then, Bishop Dr Bah points out that the number of awards would have been higher, if Halle did not reject a total of 12 awards, because he suspected they had some strings attached.
Bishop Dr Bah is even more impressed with Nico Halle, who despite all the different titles and awards he has received, including the Ntumfor title, does not hesitate a second to say that his biggest title, is CHRISTIAN, when asked about the title he cherishes most.. “What a humble response! It takes humility for a man who has ascended to the Pinnacle of success, to still put on such a Christian virtue, and to be this loyal to our Master and Saviour Jesus Christ, and to attach himself to Him who holds all things, and to Him who is the author of all existence and wells of knowledge, both human, divine and celestial”, Bishop Bah opined.

I have been given this unique privilege to profile a man whose lifestyle is a compendium of unending impacts and legacies which continues to touch lives and transforming our human society, causing unprecedented shakings and panic at the highest and middle class levels both in the political, social and clerical melieus. My assignment is not focused on his family and educational background because that’s a whole publication of its own. I will limit myself basically on the intelligencia of the man in question which has led to him being awarded 202 national, international awards, certificates, distinctions, medals, trophies, the highest in the world. He’s beaten the world’s record followed by late Micheal Jackson who has 133; and I think he deserves a standing ovation. Had it been he didn’t reject 12 awards based on lack of credibility, legality he would have been near doubling the record of Michael Jackson. And this is coming from a Cameroonian and a son of Awing, let us rise once more and give this man a deserving round of standing ovation and thunderous rounds of applause.
Truth, Justice And Peace Are Halle’s Hallmarks
Sir DR Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle is not a man you can truly profile in under 15 minutes as I was told to do because he is a walking library, a scholar, an epitome of a historian, news maker, change maker and a living legend. Unfortunately since most of us seem to know him as the famous Ntumfor Nico Halle, we cannot fully grasp nor understand the riches and values that God has embedded in such a moving and living legend embodied in a human form.
For your information I will like to remind those who do not know that His Excellency, Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle is a BARRISTER AND SOLICITOR OF THE SUPREME COURT OF CAMEROON. It takes a man of caliber, character, assiduous, and integrity to climb the ladder of this career. He is a Barrister with a difference, an international legal consultant, teacher of Law, lawyers trainer, peace crusader, a man whose fights against corruption, graft, moral decadence, hate speech, discrimination, tribalism, hegemony is known and appreciated beyond the boundaries of the triangle of Cameroon. etc. It is worth noting that Truth, Justice and peace are the hallmarks of the man we have come to honour and celebrate.
An International Legal Consultant
Sir DR Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle even though based in Douala Cameroon, he is an INTERNATIONAL LEGAL EXPERT/CONSULTANT whose expertise is sorted around the globe. This is seen in his works and legacies around the world. As a matter of fact he is a FORMER CHAIR OF THE REVISION OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE ALL AFRICA CONFERENCE OF CHURCHES NAIROBI-KENYA. He played an important role in shaping the Constitution of the All African Conference of Church. I was privileged to read through that document as I was privileged to write my Bachelor degree thesis at the Presbyterian Theological Seminary Kumba in 2005 on the achievements and struggles of AACC during the reign of my most respected iconic and venerated legend The Very Rev Dr Nyansako-ni-Nku, Moderator Emeritus of PCC and former president of AACC. The impact His Excellency Sir DR Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle has created are beyond the triangular corridors of this nation.

He upheld the moral integrity of the calling of lawyers which many think must tell a lie in order to feed themselves. He shed light to the truth of this noble calling and many came to realize that the law can actually be an avenue of true justice and equity.
Elections Expert And An International Election Observer
It takes a man of honour, sound mind and will power to be appointed by the head of state in many different offices in a lifetime. His Excellency Sir DR Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle has shaped the past, the present and the destiny of this nation called Cameroon in many ways, like it or not that’s the truth.
As FORMER MEMBER OF THE NATIONAL ELECTIONS OBSERVATORY (NEO),he worked hard to shape the calendar of the election processes in Cameroon. During his reign he advocated for men and women of integrity and unquestionable character to supervise and manage the electoral process in this nation. I was privileged as a clergy to be the President of the Bui Central polling station of the twin parliamentary and municipal elections in Cameroon. This is how far he played his role to making sure that transparency and accountability was the Hallmark of NEO. How credible that organ is now with another appellation, is no longer his assignment.
Due to his wonderful involvement in election organization and management he became famous and has been consulted several times to assist in elections and elections related matters internationally as an INTERNATIONAL ELECTIONS EXPERT.

It is worth noting and also to mention that His Excellency Sir DR Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle is a FORMER MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH IN CAMEROON. During his days as a member in this committee, he advocated for accountability and transparency, calling for defaulters and suspected financial wizards both in the clergy and laity milieus to be brought to book. Until now he is still advocating that those involved in clerical financial misappropriation should be brought to justice, and for him, the fight continues until justice is served someday.

His answer was both compelling and shocking but true to the person of His Excellency Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle, these were his words to me “MY GREATEST TITLE IS CHRISTIAN”. What a humbling response. What a simplicity. What a humility. It takes humility for a man who has ascended the Pinnacle of human success to still put on such a Christian virtue and to be this loyal to our Master and Saviour Jesus Christ and to attached himself to Him who holds all things and to Him who is the author of all existence and Wells of knowledge both human, divine and celestial.
“My greatest title is a Christian” sounds like everything achieved compressed into one big achievement, a CHRISTIAN. There’s nothing so profound as to be called a servant of Elohim. There’s nothing so rewarding to be called a child of God. That is why Nico Halle doesn’t play with his devotion to God as he rose to the Pinnacle of leadership as the National president of the Christian Men Fellowship of the PCC.
He is a man who has the heart of a child of God; and his love for God is beyond denominational boundaries, reasons why during his last award ceremony the Celebrated Bishop Emeritus Emmanuel Bushu was in a attendance. Reasons why even a clergy of my humble caliber from the Charismatic and revival wing of Christiandom is given the task to present his profile during such a lifetime event. He could have picked one of his trusted Presbyterian pastors to do so but he is not a man limited in scope of influence and learning and appraisals. His perception, his mind and ideologies are bigger than a denomination. He is honest, contextual and idealistic in picking and making his choices. That is why his favourite colour is the colour white which stands for various significances across cultures, contexts, and symbolism such as:

– *Peace and neutrality*: White is sometimes used as a symbol of peace, neutrality, or truce.
– *Spirituality and faith*: In many cultures, white is associated with spiritual purity, enlightenment, or divine connection.
– *New beginnings*: White can represent fresh starts, new beginnings, or renewal.
– *Simplicity and elegance*: White is often used in design and fashion to convey simplicity, elegance, and minimalism.
Impossible To Present A Complete Profile Of Halle
In conclusion, can we really on a piece of paper and within the defined time truly paint the real picture of the person of His Excellency Sir Dr Barrister Ntumfor Nico Halle? Impossible !!. A man who is a colossal of knowledge, an epitome of success with such pedigree. Many families and individuals have reached the Pinnacle of their careers due to the generosity and kindness of the man we are here to honour. He’s not only a good man but also a very kind and generous man. It will be a fatal mistake on my part not to highlight this most important aspect of the life of our celebrant. He’s an influencer, an inspiration and a leader who shows the way and goes the way but he is a good hearted person.
Like what the writer of the letter to Hebrews said, time will fail me and words have failed me to talk about his love for his workers, associates and collaborators. Time has failed me to talk about his passion for the closure of the senseless war plaguing and destroying lives in the two festive English regions of Cameroon. Time has failed me to mention his roles as a father and husband to his wonderful family. Time has failed me to talk about his love for a simple living despite all that he has achieved. If it were one of us, we would be riding on the backs of individuals but his love for his God and humanity has kept him not to abase himself. This is the kind of man that we need to pray for God to keep alive and give long life so that he can continue to live and do more for humanity and for this our nation Cameroon and the world.
Time has truly failed me and words have been emptied of me. This is the brief summary of a man a thousand pages of a book will not be able to accommodate his magnificent achievements.
My prayer for you as Bishop is that you live long and do what God has called you to accomplish for humanity.

Meanwhile, before Bishop Dr Pius Inobuh Bah, took to the podium to present the profile of Sir Dr Ntumfor Barrister Nico Halle at the September 5, 2025 dedication of the award gallery, the MC of the event, Barrister John Halle, first presented Dr Pius Inobuh Bah’s own profile.
Dr Pius Inobuh Bah, the Bishop of the Revive Christian Church international, is a compendium of many things. He is a trained Human Rights Advocate from the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Center in Accra, Ghana. He is as well a trained consultant on Demobilization, Demilitarization and Reintegration (DDR) Program in war torn nations.
Bishop Dr Bah is a member of the United Nations Permanent forum of people of African descent, where he advocates and defends the rights of black people across the globe. He sits at the United Nations yearly to defend their rights. Bishop Dr Bah is also the Visionary CEO of an international African Organization, Africans for Africa’s Liberation Organization (AFALO) that advocates for the economic liberation of Africa.
Bishop Bah is a holder of a PhD in Christian Leadership, and an Honoris Causa in the field of leadership and administration. He is a writer of nine books and has contributed articles in newspapers and magazines. He is holder of the Cameroon Order of Merit conferred upon him by the Head of State.
Bishop Dr Pius Inobuh Bah is the CEO of Goshen Hospital and Proprietor of Goshen City School of Excellence Nursery and Primary School. He is married and a father of children.
